No. You clearly don't read comics lol Wanda in HOM released a wish in which she removed 99% of mutants not only in 616 but in every other universe also. The reason how the wish got omniversal is because Wanda also released the chaos wave along when she uttered "no more mutants" so in conclusion, Wanda in base form is omniversal. Confirmed in both comics and mcu. Hope this helps!

@@Gavingaye lol u wish! A nexus being is nothing compared to the Phoenix. Wanda can literally have ALL infinity stones and it wouldn't make a difference. Phoenix is way above the infinity stones. We've already seen the TVA show that infinity stones can be rendered useless as paper waste. Why? because infinity stones only work in the universe they're from. The Phoenix is omniversal, there's only one phoenix in the entire existence of the multiverse. Wanda is also glass canon, she can not contain so much force. She can literally be crushed to death, an arrow, a bullet, anything physical that is over her limits can kill her. We've seen Jean be killed and we've seen Jean be resurrected. Wanda can't do that. Wanda is "destined to destroy the world" guess what? Jean can have the universe in the palm in her hands and destroy and or heal it, she can do that with any universe. Kill anyone with a thought.

The Phoenix can actually operate outside time and space. That place is called White Hot Room and it is unaffected of what is happening in the reality. Psylocke and Rachel Grey was once pulled in the White Hot Room during HoM and they were not affected on what Wanda did. The Phoenix can view the whole of creation as a single thread from an outside view. From the moment everything came to be, what is current and what the future could be is at its mercy. The host can also do the same as shown when Rachel Grey hosted the cosmic force and Jean as the White Phoenix of the Crown erased a timeline. So in fight between this two, Dark Phoenix would have already won even before the fight started.

Completely biased fight in Zatanna's side if you actually read about what the scarlet witch can do if we're being honest. They just completely forgot about Scarlet Witch's Probability Manipulation along with her immunity to other's reality warping.

The MCU made me despise that version of Wanda and I know nothing of the comics so I'm very happy with the result.
