Definetely not. This is most likely the same Wanda.. The Producers of this show stated somewhere Zombie Wanda could've killed infinity ultron but stopped thinking it was vision due to them having the same texture and her being.. Dumb in her zombie form..?

Infinity Ultron didn't destroy Zombie Wanda clearly either she healed, teleported away or just got thrown into space when the planet exploded she was not destroyed
