I dont get why people think she is aggressive, did we watch the same games? The only aggressive move she did was the queen drop, witch she didn't commit to and just ended up being a creep spread slight contain. When your most aggressive trait is spreading creep tumors its not exactly a very offensive style. Almost every engagement was on her side of the map.

To lower elo players who aren't used to trading out their army a lot, she can definitely seem very aggressive. During the last game she traded out something like 50k resources at a 20% deficit in resources lost. To higher elo players, she's obviously behaving in a far more calm and calculating fashion by doing this I think learning the difference between "dedicated pressure" and an "aggressive early push" is the main gap between plat and dia

How does the contaminate vision work? Can you see the building the whole time? How far around it can you see? Its undanceable so is it basically like revelation on that structure as well as stopping its production? Or is vision more like a building that is building.

It stops the building from either researching or producing units. It also gives a little amount of vision and can stop Terrans from lifting off thier buildings.

Countered by 1 marine and 1 raven. She makes it look overpowering because his opponent doesn’t have APM left to think. He had one CC floating without landing for minutes.

It takes less APM to clar creep then it does to spread it. All other things equal, a zerg will lose to other races if they overinvest APM in creep spread. Spirit here barely bothered to clear creep, so Scarllet profited from it. Same thing as a terran not harassing a zerg and letting it max out without interruptions. Its not overpowered, you just need to know what to do.

I'm just gonna throw out there that Scarlett doesn't make creep look overpowered so much as it just is overpowered. If protoss had a boost in shield regen while standing within a pylon power field everybody and their mother would say it was overpowered as hell. If terrans in range of a missile turret had increased attack range, it'd be overpowered as hell. Zerg having a flat movement speed boost and free vision from creep is, you guessed it, overpowered as hell.

Just looked it up on wiki, and it seems like creep doesn't increase regeneration, only boosts move speed and gives vision which are already powerful The extra power of it comes from denying expansions without sacrificing units or even resources

you are forgetting the fact that zerg has many more melee units than the other races, and their ranged units are slower than their protoss/terran counterparts. Since creep is relatively easy to clear, the only way for it to be used offensively is if the enemy neglects it, which is fair punishment. Your complaints about the vision boost also completely ignore the fact that even with their boost to vision, due to their inherent mechanics, zerg is still the most punished race when they fail to scout the enemy. If zerg could cancel unit production without killing larvae, then I'd agree with you. The way zerg larvae works, they need boosts to their scouting ability, which again, is easily cleared (creep) or punished (overlords).
