The town is mentioned in the Domesday Book where it is referred to as Tilchestune, a slight changed from the founder's name, but it seems to have reverted closer back to the original name. I've been up that tower, they were doing little trips up during the Charter Fair for a few years at least to get the night-time view of a lit-up Nottingham and beyond.

Colston Bassett, ruins, St Mary's ruin, it's mind blowing, beautiful, stands on a hill, it's graves are worth a look, as for public transport, you might have to jiggle about a bit, lovely place, remote and lonely. Gets your heckles up! Ng12 3fx. Great videos. Gaz

Id love to do one and Ive done many ghost hunts but just never filmed them. I feel I'd need a great camera for night filming first.
