Get up, dust off, and put a middle finger up to whatever it is trying to bring you down. Wear a suit, something that makes you feel powerful. Even when the thought of hopping into the shower is too much, do it anyway. Look, I’m not preaching. I live with epilepsy. It sucks. I have had lots of concussions that have caused memory problems. I have to keep getting up, dusting off, and carrying on. It’s the best advice my old grandad gave me. I hope it helps a little. 🙏🏽🌹

First, I'd like to say...great vid as always. Secondly, I honestly hope that you're taking extra care of yourself, both physically AND mentally. I know what it's like to feel "off". When I left the 🇨🇦 Army in '04, I ended up being diagnosed with PTSD & major depression. I have good days & of course, not so good days. My meds work pretty good and then there's your channel; that's the biggest & best help. I look forward to watching them everyday. Some vids are pretty spooky, some are weird and then there's the ones that leave ya scratching your head. Keep the great stuff coming; you've got a viewer for life with me. Take care, Ben. 1st clip: there's two shadows - they move somewhat in sync at first, then when the main one skitters down the hall, the smaller one flips into the open door...like it was waiting to go inside. 2nd clip: reflection of light from passing car through an uncovered window into another room Death Movie franchise you are thinking of: Final Destination never watched past the 1st one, will likely never watch the rest, still have issues all these years later from it...especially driving a highway...yep, I'm one of those ppl 😂😅
