The camp is spell PHANAT NIKHOM but we short it to phanat just to tell you if you were not aware of that LOL. Phanat used to have two different site. One is call process center (an education camp like you said) and transit center (where they transfer you to the third country) and the camp has a lot of indochinese refugee such as Lao, Viet, Cambodian, etc...
