The "My little puppy" one was exactly what I expected and absolutely heartbreaking at the same time. Like kmon if you get a dog they aren't just a toy, they are family.

This is exactly why I have never gotten a real dog. I know a lot of work goes into raising, training, and caring for a live pet and I'm not up to the task. If you want an animal that you can ignore whenever you want to, get a plushie. Bonus: they don't have to be housebroken, they never get sick, and they never die. :)

Excatly, her head is between him and the windsheild and because without wearing his seatbelt he crushed her with the force of a full grown elephant but had he been wearing his seatbelt he never would have crushed her and he would have to live with that.

I'm surprised either 'How much is that puppy' or the one with the dog in the oven (both RSPCA, I think) didn't make it. Either that or that one about banning fox hunting where the hunter gradually turns into a mentally deranged man on a rocking horse (I think it's called 'A hunting we will go').

In fairness, ir's perhaps because none of them is particularly effective - the 'how much is that doggy' one is highly reminiscent of a memorably sick-but-funny National Lampoon cover, and the anti-hunting one is just laughable. It racks up the supposed horror (lightning flashes! scary Omen-type choral music! 'creepy' little kid singing! Nigel Farage laughing his fat arse off!) to such excessive levels that it ends up more like a Chris Morris spoof than anything genuinely alarming.

The "My Little Puppy" PSA was exactly what every dog I've ever had (when i was around 5-10) went through until my most recent dog, it's so disheartening seeing people treat their pets this way, get pets when you are 100% responsible and capable of actually taking care of one.

The puppy one made me scream and cry. I know its not real but its horriric, the scene with the bag being chucked into the lake of course but the one with him getting unrecoverably obese too, part of it is the depiction and part of it is the fact that this stuff really does happen to actual dogs. I've seen that ad a million times and it still destroys me every time. Please look after your pets, they have a heart and a soul.

It's formatted like a candy commercial, at the end of each segment it says what was used, mothballs, soap, shoe polish, and then at the end it says "if you can't tell the difference, how do you expect your children to?" It's not exactly how you visualized it, but it is similar.

At first I only heard it as here say coming from another youtube comment but then I looked into it and a found a couple articles one from an anti hate group and another from either cnn or the BBC but I honestly don't remember it's been years I'll see if I can find them again. I totally understand the skepticism. Personally the oddest thing I found about it is the fact that it was founded by Tusk Force which to my knowledge only works with stopping the ivory trade. The other part is simply that even in the far east it doesn't make sense Edit I've been looking for the articles but I can't seem to find them sorry about that.
