I think you are over stretching this age > 65. Allah poochahy gaa when you guys cross 30 or worse 35 🙂... The problems with Pakistan are not as simple that they will be solved soon after age is dropped. I am sure the IT Minister is younger than the Defence Minister. So what changed?
