Why would the mom think he was dead because a random bus stop was hit by a drunk driver? He literally could have been anywhere but she decides THAT bus stop was the one? And was it even reported that someone sitting at the bus stop was dead? So confusing.

I think the unspoken assumption is that the mum knew he would end up there because it was a location he travelled to on other occassions. That's the way the story reads anyway.

Does anyone remember a vampire story at a gas station. A guy walks into a gas station and sees that its empty only to look behind the counter and see a vampire like humanoid feeding on the cashier. The guy steps away from the counter and sees the creatures yellow eyes start to slowly peer up and over at him. I remember this story from years ago, but I can't remember where it's from.
