If you want to lower monthly payments and that’s gonna be your forever car that’s a good idea. If you expect to be out of it in 1-2 years put as little down as possible.

Unless that thing is fully loaded, it is not worth 58k. Try to talk them down. These cars are not selling right now so many dealers are looking to make a sale. They held on to these cars with markups so long they are hurting now. Especially at end of the year

If you dont have a healthy savings to take care of things that go wrong, I would not even consider this car. Also, your car payment should only be, at most, 15% of your monthly income if you want to be smart about this. If you cant swing that, just get out there and grind and put yourself in a situation where you can afford this car. Good luck
