I was working at JSC during this period. I managed the Truck Store. I owned the Magenta and white Nissan truck parked in front. The store Manager (Scott) is a manager at Billet Specialties in Illinois for the last 20 years. Kerry Huey is doing great. His parents started JSC.

I bought my unwelded chassis from Jonny's Speed & Chrome for $400. Wish I had it back. Mine looked like the one in your catalogs picture.

That looks like a bug pack frame that was sold at Johnny's speed & chrome back in the day. Johnnys frame had different side bars by the seats. Johnnys had two bars welded together and the bug pack had a single bar that had a bend in it.

Just recently discovered your channel and I have a question which is I am forever old school as buggies go and Love the Mazzone, J&J, Johnny's and so forth, so I live up in the Northwest and not far from where the Sand Rocket was born but have never seen any of the great sand cars mentioned above. What my question is I need some basic measurements from these great designs to get them into Bend Tech and possibly bring the design back. I recently picked up a rail of Whitehill origin that is a Pinto Mid engine but is screaming to be in a Mazzone style frame. To designing within Bend Tech you can arrive at absolue and go straight to the bender and build. Can you recommend someone who can help me recreate the Mazzone sand car in Bend Tech? I am not a manufacturer by any means but a hobbyist and I do have the Sand Rocket in Band Tech and the press of a button can go to building so I hope you see this and can help me with getting some measurements from someone who has one. Hope to ear from you and keep up the good fight posting great videos
