Thank you for being brave and unselfish and taking the time to make these videos. Almost daily I have zoodles (zucchini noodles) and canned herring sauteed with garlic, chilli and olive oil for breakfast. Tastes pretty good and is very healthy especially with the omega 3’s.

I cant eat eggs.. they cause me so much pain in my gut..maybe the yolks only but i havent tried it

In that case I'd suggest just not eating them... I'm sorry this video is so egg focused. It's not worth suffering and you can always eat non breakfast foods in the morning too :)

Celery juice. A natropath nutritionist put me on a high protien diet,also using enzymes and HCL and anti microbial supplements. basically eggs every morning,caused so much pain. Celery juice worked! 1 liter every morning, first day pain, 2nd day less pain, 3rd day irritated 4th day no pain.Tests said Sibo and dysbiosis.

Hey dal, I'm a qualified nutritionist, don't eat eggs. They are extremely high in cholesterol and not good for you. You shouldn't be eating animal products x

@@lyssacorrine I’m a registered holistic nutrition and for people who aren’t vegetarian organic eggs are totally fine. We learned the opposite. Organic eggs contain good fats! They contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

Hi Theogene, thanks for your question! Corn and things made from corn are not allowed. For beans, some are allowed and some are not. You can check the list here: www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/legal/listing/A/ However, they are only allowed if soaked and prepared in a certain way outlined in the book (to make them more digestible), and I think it is recommended to wait for there to be no symptoms before introducing them. You can check the reference website for the details! :)

Never could understand "Breakfast Food". Why would I have a certain type of food at a specific time of day, If I want steak with mushrooms for breakfast then that's what I'll have.

People are free to do their own research. This is ideas for the SCD, which is not a vegetarian diet.
