i'm having trouble understanding when two speakers are speaking together and sometimes i have trouble understanding people who are outside of spain becuase they seem to mumble sometimes or dont speak clearly enough for my ears. It happens sometimes when i try to watch american cartoons in spanish becuase of the voice acting or fast interaction between two characters or when im watching a tv show on tv where one person sounds clear to me but the others seem to speak too fast or with too much slang i guess. Is this normal for a b1 level or am I b2 and this is normal for new people you arent used to hearing?

It's normal and it will just take time to get used to it. We also mumble in Spain when talking fast (pretty much always) with family and friends.
