A girl I went to girl scouts with was named Jasmine and she moved away back in like 2008. Coincidentally around the same time the new kidz bop came out with a girl named Jasmine that was the same age and looked EXACTLY like her. I didn't know her last name so I can't confirm, but my whole life I've been damn sure it was her. If it isn't her, then my whole life is a lie.

Swaggy scene was the shit in the day. I loved when shutter shades were in, my fave was bright yellow that I wore with my black & neon yellow/green? Tripp pants that I constantly got dress coded on because I refused to take off the giant tacky plastic chains. When they were bought for me, they were like $50 to $65 back in 2009 🙃 oh, sweet inflation

It makes me so sad that a lot of alternative clothing isn’t affordable to buy due to inflation. I bought some of the more tame tripp pants and they were still around 90-100 dollars. I get the pants got a lot of details and are designer but man, they probably cost like 13 bucks to make in a factory.

Lol. I'm 30 and was Emo "back-in-the-day"... I'm still there, but that is beyond the point. Your videos don't make me feel old unless you use slang that is foreign to me. On a side note, I told my 18 year old coworker that he was a baller. He looked at me like, WTF? So I asked him if that made me sound old.. he said yes.
