As much as this is entertaining, it isn't an accurate representation of the fight. Ali nailed Foreman right off the bat after the initial bell to show him he wasn't intimidated, and landed some damaging shots every round, despite letting Foreman hit him while he was on the ropes. He nearly had Foreman down in round 5. Still entertaining, but not terribly accurate.

The signifcance of george forman sitting down at round 7 cannot be understated and was sold so well here. George Foreman made a point of standing in is corner and looking over at his opponents between rounds. Maintaining hia pre fight stare and senae of superiority. Beat the ever loving shit out of George. The 1st round here even when he didn't do that. @@fszronI'll give you 4 reasons why and all of them are Foreman's fault why a rematch never happened 1 George Foreman didn't put a rematch clause in the fight contract because he was certain of victory 2 George Foreman took the whole of 1975 off instead of fighting despite Ali wanting to fight him again around the time of Manila meaning the trilogies with Frazier and Norton would've been pushed back a year respectively had Foreman accepted Ali wanted George to fight a tune up in Earnie Shavers, Jerry Quarry or Oscar Bonavena instead of his circus so there's no excuses this time around but Foreman refused to accept Ali's terms and stayed out 3 in 1976 Ali offered Foreman the number two contender at the time a rematch if he would fight number one contender Norton first in a world title eliminator and beat him again Foreman refused despite it being a guaranteed path back to Ali all he had to do was just go through the same Ken Norton he destroyed 2 years earlier 4 When Foreman finally agreed to Ali's terms and conditions and they're camps were in advanced talks for the rematch to happen in Madison Square Garden or in California in 1977 Foreman took a fight he didn't need against Jimmy Young and lost
