Thanks for the update. This section was clearly allocated a much lower budget than the highway and Blue Mahoe to Portland segments. The differences in scope of work are glaring and have nothing to do with workmanship.

All wen marl a blunder the contractor him refused from using shingle for the base of the road. Please some one tell him to visit west Portland to montego bay. 😂

Are these roads complete because it stilk look like a construction site. Dirt on the side even the white marl blanket the side of the roads. Wht the dont use black soil to cover it smh

How foolish is this government to have built a highway near the sea which be destroyed when there is a hurricane. The highway should have construction in the mountains. I am an engineer and this was poor insight and planning.

It's about capturing the view it's called marketing a tour bus can operate this route similar to cape Breton highland in nova Scotia
