Awesome review! I usually blind buy stuff you recommend because we have similar tastes! I just picked up a bottle of this! Can't wait to smell it! Yesterday my scent of the day was Lomani Pour Homme EDT and I really liked it! Thanks for the recommendation on that one too!

Nice video. This was my first fragrance. I asked for it after seeing the commercial as a kid. It has a different bottle back in the day. I bathed in it . The whole neighborhood smelled me coming . Loved it .

Either my mother, or elder brother bought me a gift set of Blue Stratos, way back in the late 70s, early 80s. Memory lane Kellan . This is one I wóuld have never thought of again . Your right about the talcum powder smell . I did like it back then . Wow, memories .😊

The word Stratos means Army in Greek! why use flash packaging, that puts the retail price up, beyond the average man? I have brought it here in NZ, I used to have a full bottle of 50mL of the aftershave until someone stole it in March 2015! I loved it, as my dad used to have a bottle. Oh that's right he gave it to me, as his father gave it to him as a gift after my sister was born _(1974)_ When Blue Stratos first came out on the market!

I first tried this back in the early 80s..liked it..remember it as marine on top with a powdery dry down with decent performance. Tried it again about 10 years ago and it was not the same. Harsh chemicall opening and an even worse dry down. Even at a cheap price..try before buy.

I got a 50ml vintage but it was semi skunked, smelled like piss when you wore it

@@ScentsOfSouthJerseyi had 2 vintage bottles. sold 1 and none gone bad. thats the real shulton the current its another fragrance.they made 2 or 3 updates until they reach to this current version. in my opinion if theire not able to keep the same formulation just discontinue the fragrance. easy.

I have a new version and a vintage version, the vintage is a bit stronger, the new one is great also , I do prefer a vintage version if you can find it .

Got one but it was half skunked, smelled great from the bottle but when I wore it the smell was super pissy

I struggle a bit with Blue Stratos. I really like its take on a an airy clean scent with lots of citrus, but there's an undertone of something cinnamon-y, which I absolutely hate in any fragrance. It may not exactly be cinnamon, but there's a hint of almost sweet spiciness of some sort. Do you get hints of that? It's difficult to put my finger on but I hope you get what I'm on about 😅

I find this one is a bit meh. I don't mind the fresh, slightly aquatic opening but I don't think it meshes well with with the talc that follows.

It’s super clean
