I don't think so , most people can reach 1-3 magick ranks , but the most talented reached max 7-8 , those most talented are people like the 13 heroes , but normal beings don't have knowledge of 9 to 11 because for them it's impossible and they didn't experience or witness it , hell the life expectanci doesn't look good for people outside cities and those tend to be merchants-villagers that any day can get killed from some random monster , so information either travells slowly or gets lost. Just think about how no one knows if there where other players in some 100 years period , those could have died without anyone knowing them or maybe had a world item they used and we don't know.

In the LN it is said by Flauder that the max humans have reached is 6th tier. But the platinum dragon lord and evil eyes teacher(forgot her name) know about 10th tier magic and said that no one has used it in a long time. Meaning others could use it but it is not known if they were level 100 probs 80 or max 90

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression the Slane Theocracy wanted to mind control the Darkness Dragon Lord in order to oppose the Platinum Dragon Lord. As for PDL showing up right after the mind control attempt it also very much bothered me. Either he had joined with the party in the original mission (against the reason above), or perhaps he was stalking them trying to sneak attack them or something at a key moment and only came out of the shadows to attack Shalltear when he realized the plan failed and opportunistically tried to remove her.

At 5:41, I recalled a theory about that... it may or may not be your own, honestly, this is an old video and my memory is fuzzy.. I just recall hearing a theory that was based in big part on speculatory storytelling, but fit everything together so nicely that I believe it. The author hates contrivances, so I believe many more things than we know have a solid thought out reason, whether he tells us it or not. It's why I believe Ainz is subject to his character lore as a mastermind and is actually masterminding things like everyone believes on an unconscious level: it's not accident that all his random musings, saying thoughts out loud, and idle ideas tend to work out so well beyond his intentions and goals, with the only exception being when he tried to rely solely on his previous world concept of advertising, cutting out the Momonga aspect completely and only relying on Satoru to make that plan work. Anyway. The idea is the leader of the dragons before Yggdrasil powers watched other worlds out of curiosity, and found something of value to him: world items. He also learned the world they were in was ending soon. So, he cast a spell that would bring those items to his world.. but the lore on those artifacts is very specific, their power meant to be absolute, and disallow interference like what he cast, so it effectively made them trump the new magic and have built-in defenses against the previously existing magic. So when he cast that, it not only made them real, it also made the rules that he couldn't interfere with their wielders real, thus bringing Yggdrasil players, as well as all their powers.. the theory speculated world items for changing the game are why language is universal and their powers work. I believe the language, but their powers may just be an impact of "make these things real" when bringing stuff over. Thus, anyone with a world artifact is drawn into this world at various places and times due to this spell, bringing with it foreign power that overthrew the dragons. I have since come up with a new step in the theory that I myself believe: the more World Items, the more time it takes to travel over due to the original spell having to work at building how they work faithfully to the Yggdrasil game concepts. The reason I believe this: the author describes a lot of the other players, and goes to lengths on some of them to describe just how gone they are from the game, like how Bellriver is dead. So, with Nazarick having by far the largest record of held World Items, it would definitively be the last thing to travel over, and mean no other party members will be there (they both solo'd new characters and got a world item and then survived until Nazarick apopeared? Unlikely). I am more convinced by this due to the omake where Ainz travels over alone in what the author contemptuously referred to as a "typical isekai take" where he arrived over a century before Nazarick, maybe two (been awhile since I saw it an no official publication), and lived a life traveling the world and building a new guild around finding exotic sights. It ends on news about Nazarick suddenly appearing in another land. The reason he came first: he was outside of Nazarick before the change. He has a world item affixed to his character. Thus, if my idea is true, he would appear early on in events, but Nazarick would still be last since it is not by a small margin that it holds the record for most World Items. This is simultaneously one of the least provable, but most convincing theories I have about the show. It fits SO many things together, and seems the sort of thing I believe the author would create, given that through interview snippets and choices made I have built this mental image of an author that resents status quo "the hero overcomes the obstacle and wins because he believes in himself" plots. He even has Ainz call this out before casually killing Climb when he was passionately trying to strike at the great evil monsters before him.

You are making a lot of assumptions in this video. Granted it's all theory craft at this point, but some of your theory is easy to poke holes in. Such as assuming the Dragon Lords could individually stand up to a level 100 player at all. The Battle between Ainz and PDL was really the battle between Pandora's Actor, someone who is automatically gimped at least by 20% of Ainz's normal power. I doubt the gear Ainz has equipped is also Mimic'ed by Pandora's Actor, so he's down all the rings and specialized death buffs on said gear. He certainly didn't have a world item like Ainz does, which would have immediately gimped the hell out of PDL. That fight only went on as it did because of the Wild Magic Barrier PDL used, something anyone with a world item would have Derped through with out likely realizing it was even there. As for the Deep Darkness Dragon Lord killing a Player; Here we run into so many possibilities it's easy to rationalized why a Player lost. First, did he just arrive and got instant ganked? If true, do remember Ainz took days of time to figure himself out, and it's still a somewhat on-going thing for him even two years later. Ignoring that, let me point out that Ainz's Avatar isn't exactly what one would call strong. He chose classes and racials more for thematic or RP purposes than for power. It worked for him, since he is actually a very good in the moment combat tactician, yet he could have been so much more powerful if he properly min/maxed. I bring this up as a possibility for why the player lost, and also to present another reason DDDL could have easily beat him. If the Player was a crafter, yeah, he's gonna die. Amanomahitotsu was one of the 3 crafters for A.O.G. and he was utter weak sauce. He even built himself Power Armor, thinking that would even the odds with his more Combat focused guildies, and got instantly destroyed by Peroroncio in a duel. If the Player was a crafter, the only way he'd stand a chance against DDDL would be if his World Item was combat focused in some way. We've seen many examples of that simply not being the case. Hell, for all we know he had a Caloric Stone or something else as equally useless with out forethought before using it. Anyway. Dems' my thoughts.

that could be the case, but we don't know how and why people are transported into the new world. So maybe everyone who was logged in around midnight, when the servers where shut down was transported to the new world. Mabye only those who had world class item, maybe there's another selection process currently unknown but if the selection process isn't linked to the server shut down, than ainz is very likely the last to arrive.

@@schaargock perhaps all of them who stayed until the end(shut down of servers)were transported to the new world in accordance of the amount of data and world item they possesses. There's a theory going on that on the world items are the ones that enable them to be transported and the amount of data on themselves predict the time they will be presented to the new world. This would explain why the the players that are transport each century are stronger than the last. An extra "what if"story was presented by maruyama if Momonga was out of nazarick during the shutdown period to watch the fireworks and got transported 200 years earlier than the originals. Remember that Momonga got a world item in him but not along his guild, so the amount of data on him was not as much as lets say.....11 world items along with thousands of NPCs. If that's the case, Ainz Owl Gown may really be the last one that is transported, his guild has the largest amount of world class items in the server and the extra 500 points to create NPCs for clearing the tomb on their first try.

I think by now a good part of anime only watcher had learned than ainz was NOT the first player to enter this world. It was already suspicious wen PDL talked about riple striking this world every few centuries. But it's still to debate if ainz wouldn't be simply the strongest player to have come to this world... Remeber, if Ainz actual strenght among the guild members is up to debate, he was still a member of a top guild that steamrolled on almost everybody.

@Jacky Phantom strength is relative. Ainz is a caster and is not suppose to have high strength but rather high 'intellect' i.e spell/skill casting/usage abilities and overwhelming MP. So in a Ring for close quater combat with TouchMe he will always lose since his spells has long casting and cooldown time and he has relativelyweak physical defence (to similar lvl 100 player). But in an open world with distance between players where strategy, suprise and stealth Ainz could easily have time to summon high level 80+ monster wariors and buff them up, with proper support and range spell he could take down TouchMe. You are putting a sniper with a machinegun-man in boxing ring and wonder why the sniper does not win, lol

To sumerise all i know: - Ages ago the 'New world' was ruled by the Dragons, and humanity was on the brink of extinction. - 8 Human players appeared in the world almost extinguished the Dragons and supported the humans teaching them arcane magic and helping them develope and build up nations - Some of these players were slain by the Dark dragon and the Platinum Dragon (PD) and they managed to take some of the world class items, like the silver armour that the PD used against Shaltear. - Most of the 8-players resided in the Slain Theocracy tought them special magic and skill and also bore childen with then. The GodKin are their descendance, and have a lineage going back to these players and possess special powers when they 'awaken' - The people of the slain Theocracy (ST) allied with the PD and caused a civil war amongst the players where the players killed each other. - So the PD and the ST formed an alliance to protect the world against calamity and the players which may apppear. - The ST went on an expedition in the forest of Tob to subdue a calamity which was prophetized to awaken, on their way they met Shaltear, the mind control did partially worked and Shaltear was reseted (converted to an NPC.. more like a Boss in a game which is activated when triggered/attacked). The ST retreated to avoid further damage, but the PD came to finish off Shaltear but failed since she was too powerful for him so he retreated with his damaged armour. Then Ainz planed to kill Shaltear and the ressurect her, but did not know if she will revive as a random unfaithful Boss or as a servant of Nazarik...

i also share the view that PDL would have allied himself with the theocracy. PDL likely knew about their world class item. after all he had a century to do so. the eight greed kings killed surshana so the theocracy would likely do everything to avenge their fallen god. although as i now think on it, it may just have been some sort of suicide for surshana who likely was getting tired of the new world after the loss of his friends. PDL could very well have animated some armor and go negotiate with the theocracy on how to remove the eight kings. PDL could very well have lured one of the eight greed kings away from his stronghold if he rampaged enough. and at his "lair" the theocracy would prepare their world class item and mind control the king. sending him to disrupt the unity among the kings, causing them to fight amongst themselves(the world class spell book would likely have been in the stronghold, it's not much use beside it's rank). making the greed kings kill themselves to the point where they could be finished off by PDL. it's not far-fetched to think that PDL - and dragons in general- plot to kill players b4 they become a problem. the one b4 the 13H was killed by a dragon lord. it's not impossible to think that either PDL or the theocracy would have had used the same strat as the one used against the eight greed kings to get rid of the 2 from 13H. after all the leader is said to have been weak and grown into the most powerfull of them all, worrying PDL in the process.

pretty sure the series will end with platinum, or one of his allies, destroying the staff of the guild. if a guild weapon is destroyed, the guild is dissolved. this is a big Achilles heel. platinum specifically asked about guild weapons, setting this up. i figure once the staff is destroyed either nazerique and its denizens will simply disappear, or they will turn on ains which is his worst nightmare thus the more likely scenario

Eh, that would involve him getting through nazirick since ainz only ever takes a replica out side. A considering that an unequipped shalltear was able to force him to retreat using only her bare hands... I dont think he could.

He isn't that strong to get through Nazarick though. The only way to actually destroy the guild weapon is to make Ainz take out the guild weapon out of Nazarick but he always just equips the replica not the real thing. Furthermore, the guild weapon is guarded by Aureole Omega and other powerful npcs (don't even mention Rubedo, that even Albedo's elder sister was scared of) in the 8th floor. Also I doubt even if the dragon lords revived, the six great gods revived, thirteen heroes and fuck all allied to go through the eight floor to invade Nazarick would still come out alive. Seeing that 8 powerful guilds consisting of 1500 PLAYERS (whom New world inhabitants like the slane theocracy worshipped as gods) allied together with several world items and max level equips to invade Nazarick and still got defeated and the reason for that is the npcs in the 8th floor. The guild's defense was so aberrant that some players even reported it as a cheat. The only way to defeat Ainz, is to defeat Ainz himself. You just can't outsmart him.

What if just players with WC Items are teleported to New World and depending of how many of they have, more are teleported. Like Nazarick have 11 world items, all Nazarick and NPCs were teleported to New World. The 6 GG had 2 at leats, so just 6 of them were teleported. The 8 Greed King culd have 7-11 so all their Guild Base was teleported (i never say NPCs), or maybe its just because Nazarck and the Flying City are or were protected with the same WCI, ETC

To answer the question properly, currently there are no known players in the new world. However, there were players that arrived before Ainz. Unfortunately they either died of old age or killed each other. The last group of known players arrived 200 years prior to the arrival of Ainz and nazarick. They became a part of the group known as the 13 heroes.

@@AnimeZoneA There are 200 world items in total, and the only ones described as being single use are "The Twenty" so we're talking about just 10% of world items being single use. out of those 20, Ainz owns 2 of them (currently unnamed and their powers weren't revealed). Though since Rubedo was created with the help of one of the Twenty, she could count as a third one in her own right. Correction: After looking into it a bit more, seems the Caloric stone used to create Rubedo wasn't one of the Twenty and the author specified that the Twenty weren't the only ones that were single use. Sorry for any confusion.

@@lapissed9620 The point is Ainz had a huge advantage against Shalltear; he had full info on her, her powers, her character, weapons, spells, everything. That is why he was able to manipulate her. Take away all that, put Ainz and Shalltear on equal footing, and Shalltear would beat Ainz most of the times. So, it is not as easy as saying Ainz would definitely beat PDL. PDL has wild magic that negates any kind of resistances in tiered magic. We don't know what his gears are. And he seems to be very experienced at battles too.

@@dragonbane44 To be fair Ainz himself stated that he didn't bring his good gear to fight shalltear if he was serious he would have brought all of his Divine equipment to fight her and the fight would have actually been in his favor from the get-go but he didn't bring it all because he wanted to prove to the other NPCs that he was strong enough to beat her without it.

@@dragonbane44 also we still don't know if anyone in the new world other than nazarick and the players have any resistance to time magic ainz can just use that and mix it with true death spell to kill PDL, if that didn't work he can use the npc's to buy him some time while casting the Iä Shub-Niggurath spell, which would kill anything that has a life, doesn't matter how strong it is, or what resistance it has, even if it was immortal so in the end PDL just doesn't stand a chance against ainz, power wise that is the only way i can see PDL doing anything remarkable is with his intelligence, but they already lost their trump card when they used the downfull of the castle just count on demiurge, he is the smartest that a being can be in the new world he probably already thought of everything and i can't see him overlooking the Shalltear incident
