Thank you. I have a side question pertaining to FAR 52.219-14, limitations on sub contracting. As a disabled person operating as a Prime Contractor, how can I subcontract out most if not all the work pertaining to HVAC? I can handle the communications and administration but I cant do the literal work though. Thanks

@Sunnyslopewhitetails8 typically the PRIME or whomever holds the direct contract should be doing 51% or more of the work, otherwise this is a "pass through" and will get you in trouble!
