Your allocation seems well-diversified. To take it to the next level, explore dollar-cost averaging and dividend reinvestment. However, it's essential to consult with a financial advisor to create a tailored plan aligned with your unique goals, risk tolerance, and retirement timeline.

Im just starting to take control of my future by becoming more proactive with managing the money I have.. It's nice to read and watch and then take a course of action based upon your hours of studying / preparation. The amount of time Ive immersed myself in this stuff has definitely increased my confidence. Curious what you wind choosing over the next month. Lots of folks are betting on these low cost/low price SCH funds and plays like Russell 2000 funds and other midcaps in anticipation of lower interest rates. Midcaps are usually more reliant on loans/debt financing and cheaper money will make that easier for them. Also, as interest rates go down, those high yield savings accounts become less advantageous. Getting into post split SCHD *could* eventually start drawing the attention of some of that money ($6triilion currently in those high yield savings accounts). Dividend stocks act similar to high yield savings accounts so makes sense that money finds its way back into these. The move from cash back into equities will occur if interest rates continue to drop....there's no secret decoder ring you need to determine that. Just keep an eye on interest rates for those high yield accounts. Once they start dropping below 3.5 people are gonna start moving into indexes/stocks. You want to be there before they are. The main thing Im really beginning to respect and appreciate is tied to the the saying "It's time in the market, not timing the market" You might want to check out Tom Nash videos. He is pretty sharp especially when his vides reference Tom Lee (Fundstrat managing partner, and constant CNBC guest analyst). Nash is a big Palantir fan boy, but I would be too if was averaged at $7/share. Hope that instills some confidence in you to go out and study more. If you want to be in control, then own it! If not, find a good financial planner that will work with you and ideas you may want to explore.

I enjoy investing in closed-end funds that offer monthly dividends. The key strategy is to hold these investments long-term while reinvesting the monthly dividends and purchasing additional shares whenever possible. This approach is convenient because closed-end funds are traded on the stock market like regular stocks. Following this strategy could build a portfolio that generates between $50,000 to $70,000 in dividend income.
