That's good to hear about your mental health Scheana, I was rewatching season 11 when you were talking about your medication and I can totally relate to what you were saying with the Zoloft making you extremely tired throughout the day. I had this same issue and because of this, my psychiatrist paired Lexapro with a stimulant anti-depressant called Wellbutrin. This has been a good combo I recommend asking about Lexapro+wellbutrin as it helps with anxiety and depression and combats the side effects of the SSRI (Zoloft).

Love this vlog. I it is good to catch up. I am so sorry to hear about your car. I know what that feels like. It truly feels like you've been violated. And I know that sounds like an over reaction to anyone who's never had something stolen - but it's real. I have had a car stolen and my house broken into. And it really feels very gross. I know you're sensitive, like me, so I have a feeling you will understand what I mean. I'm really sorry for the hassle and the stress this is going to cause you. Hope you have a good week and good for you - for prioritizing your health!!! As a busy mom - it's usually the last thing you think about. I deal with this all the time. Unfortunately, I get sick and vomit because I don’t properly digest things because of my thyroid issues so I lose my voice and the best advice I can give is lots of spoonfuls of honey and resting your voice as much as possible which I know is really hard sorry babe hope you feel better soon!!!

I was thinking nodules on the vocal cords but I’m sure that would’ve been seen with the scope . Back in college i had the same thing but it was nodules and healed on its own . That’s the thing too your health is #1 and i would thinking talking a lot might not help either just with all your jobs anyways no matter it will heal and for now enjoy the raspiness 😊 glad you getting to the bottom of it … fan from Tampa 😘😘

Sheena Brock isn’t eligible to adopt a child. He has a history of domestic violence and kids that refused to see him. You can’t foster or adopt with a partner with a history of violence and abandonment.
