Beautiful bass, nice review. I just wish it had a passive option when the battery dies. Otherwise, it sounds like a great instrument.

I wonder if you used a hyper cardioid like the M88 it would reduce the room noise/boom enough we could hear more of what the instruments sound like. And a bit less what the room sounds like.

I recently bought this bass and I’m going to return it. I love the sound I get from it, but it seems the cable coming out of the input is a design flaw. It’s happening to you and it’s happening to me. 😢

Yeah I think it's a simple fix though Remove the imput jack and squeeze the two prongs. That should do it.
