Enjoy your videos! I noticed you sharpen heel to tip strokes on the show side and tip to heel on the other side. This will give you opposite scratch patterns from side to side. It can affect cutting performance (according to the experts). It’s also aesthetically off, is that is the type of thing that bothers you. Wondered if you were doing this intentionally. If so, would love to know why. Thanks!
