My husband is a Portuguese citizen (has a Portuguese passport and ID) so he doesn’t need a visa, I need one as I am a Pakistani citizen. We are both residents of Dubai and work in Dubai. Yes mention only Zurich or Interlaken but attach all the documents. No mention as you are ticking for yourself, family travelling together is not considered sponsored, only for children you can write so

I wrote an email to the French embassy and they suggested me to write the complete name (First Name + Surname) in both the fields first name & last name. I followed their advice and my parents got their Schengen Visa approved. Below is the email reply I got from the French consulate: "Although it will sound like an odd solution, you should put your full name ('Ambika Sukumaran') in both box: first name, and last name."
