Depende sa Form mam but mostly no need to write the date. After being notarized 6 months lang ang validity

Hi po ma'am. Father po yung nag sponsor samin ng kapatid ko, tapos 6 months po ang nasa visa pero multiple entry naman po kami, kaso yung sa return ticket po namin is pang 6 months po. Possible po ba na ma offload? thanks po ma'am. Another question po, need pa po ba ng affidavit of support galing po sa father ko or kahit invitation letter nalang po? Kung need po AOS, original po ba dapat? Then ilang months po kaya yung delivery? thank you po ma'am

Hi maam good day po, My question po ako maam regarding sa travel health insurance ko po. Date of arrival ko po dito sa pinas is feb.12. Pero sa dummy ticket ko po maam is arrival sa pinas is feb.13. Okay lang po ba iyon maam.or need po talaga feb 12 din dapat and ticket ko ng arrival dito sa pinas. Manila to frankfurt po ung ticket ko maam from qatar airways po. sana po mapansin tong question ko. Maraming salamat po.

Hi maam mi tanong nga po aq kng nag tourist po ba example sa macau then nag work and after 1yr po umuwi and now po balik pa ulit pa macau as tourist mi possibility po ba ma offload maam?kht mi supportive letter galing sa kmag Anak.. mkita din po ba ng IO ung record na dati pag tour sa macau?thank you po maam..
