1. Have a journal/planner to have all logistics in one place 2. Think about what body hair you want to get rid of for the wedding and plan accordingly so you don't get rashes and stuff 3. Bleach your teeth. Consider doing it professionally . Do it at a time that you won't eat coloured food for the next week 4. Hit up all your doctors and dermatologist 5. Go to the gyno Gah sorry thought id do them all, got bored 😬

I got married early this year and I 💯% agree with all that you said. I did every single thing you mentioned in this video and would recommend the same to anyone getting married 😊. I didn't get my teeth bleached though I did see my dentist 😬. I wore my weddings shoes for 3 weeks at home about 3-4 hours daily. THIS HELPS 👍🏼. You'll be thankful on your wedding day ☺️. Besides all the physical activities, ensure to unwind and give yourself some "ME" time to relax. For someone like me, everything around was so overwhelming during the last one month and meditation definitely helped.
