Ingredients:
½ cup Refined Flour
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Water
1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
100 gm Paneer
Method:
To the refined flour add oil, salt and Water. Knead a soft dough out of it. Rest this dough for 15 minutes.

Divide this dough into four parts. Take one of it and shape it into a ball. Roll out flat Roti out of it.

Spread some schezwan sauce over it and smear some paneer. Spread Some water on a border of roti. Cover it with another and close borders by pressing it.

In a heated pan take some butter and fry this paratha for around 2 minutes from both sides each.

Tadaa !! Your Sejwan Paneer Paratha is ready to serve.
