Sorry for late answer. You forgot to drill opening between shaft and prefabricated foot of chimney? Yyou can make opening to shaft and then you can make opening with special tool to the foot, like here (with saller diameter): kzbin.info/www/bejne/apasfZKYgJedi68&ab_channel=SchiedelSlovensko
