Btw penomoran lantai gedung ini mirip banget sama slh 1 gedung di Surabaya Selatan, dimana lantai yang berakhiran 4 dan kalau ditotal jadi 4 tidak ada, tapi lantai berawalan 4 (misal 41, 42 dll) ada. Klo yg di gedung yg di Surabaya Selatan itu top floornya 40

Umm....there was a certain tenant that made me able to enter by exchanging ID card.

No, these are just regular Miconic 10. Schindler ID always have card reader attached on the keypads but on these elevators there are no card readers on the ground floor keypads.

Both Miconic 10 and Schindler ID use dot matrix displays for older installations, and also LCD displays for newer installations. These are *indeed* Miconic 10 as Schindler's 2010 report states that these elevators are "Schindler 7000 with Miconic 10" (source: elevbrochurearchive.files.wordpress.com/2018/07/schindler-group-review-2010.pdf , jump to page 37 and look for "Kuningan City")
