That means lacrimal gland produces reflex tears ..It secrets into conjunctival sac via numerous excretory ducts is aqueous layer of tear film.. AND basal tears produced by accessory lacrimal gland is aqueous layers part of tear film? Plz correct me if I'm wrong Thank u
