Sir I'm 16 years old student of class 12 with PCM. I'm currently suffering from depression, Anxiety disorder & migraine. I took a medication from a Psycatarist but it didn't work. Problem is that i hate my own family member terribly And all the time i wants to be alone. Anyone presence make me frustrate. But all the time i imagine people in my brain(my sister, friends etc) and talk to them.i creates my own fake situation/scenarios. I don't understand what the hell is going to me.

Nice and Informative Video..My close relative is suffering from what doctors diagnosed with Bipolar disease. But recently they have consulted other doctor and he has identified it as a case of schizophrenia. The patient has all the symptoms as identified in the video. The family doubt that he may have been into drugs also. He was hospitalized 4-5 times and was given ECT once. Since last four years he stay at home and he smoke heavily (almost non-stop). Presently he is on 1 tablet -2 times a day - Mores plus tablets containing Risperidone BP -3mg and Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride IP- 2mg. The dose are given without his knowledge mainly in milk or cold drink. He gets violent at the mention of doctor itself leave aside visiting the doctor. Kindly suggest how to make him take to visit the doctor. Kindly also advise how family should handle his case.

Sir, I always imagine my friends or siblings and talk to them when I'm alone and sometimes even in public. I narrate some incidents or my thoughts to them. And this is happening frequently within these days. Also my mood changes frequently. A moment I'm good amd other moment I get angry and frustrated. Can you tell me what is this about?
