Risperidone is atypical antipsychotic and works by blocking D2 receptors along with the effects on serotonin receptors as well. It also blocks Muscranic and alpha receptos. Dawaie tu Sain deni padti hai, treatment kafi time tak chalta hai as schizophrenia is a progressive disease.

Sir, I am from Bangladesh,my son has been suffering mental illness for two years and under treatment a psychiatrist. After significant improvement, the doctor reduced his antipsychotic drugs risperidone but a few months ago he was feeling auditory hallucinations. After increasing his drug, his hallucinations reduce but still his hallucinations are coming 7and 8 days after.Now he is on risperidone 6mg and fluvoxamin melate 200mg daily. How long does his auditory hallucinations stay? He has no other related symptoms.

Your son seems to have the schizoobssesive disorder, its combination of schizophrenia and obsession, it really takes a lot of time to improve but you need to continue the medicines.

No dear it doesn’t cause diabetes or weight gain, it is one of the safest medicine; but if you are having schizophrenia, you must visit psychiatrist every month to adjust the dose of the medicine. Thank you

میں پاکستان میں kpk میں رہتا ھو اور ایک مہینہ پہلے panic attack آیا تھا تو ڈاکٹر کے پاس گیا اور ٹیسٹ کی مگر سب ٹھیک آئے تو ڈاکٹر نے معدے کی دوائی دے دی پھر ایک ہفتے تک دوائی لے لئ پھر panic attacks آیا پھر دوسرے ڈاکٹر کے پاس گیا پھر سب کچھ ٹھیک آیا اور اس نے بلڈ پریشر کی دوائی اور معدے کی دوائی دے دی اور اس دوران بہت ڈر بھی لگتا تھا کے اب مر جاؤ گا یہ کرونگا تو مر جاؤنگا کوئی کام نہیں کر سکتا تھا بس ہر وقت یہ خیال رہتا تھا کے مر جاؤ گا بس پھر ایک ہفتے بعد پھر آیا پھر ڈاکٹر کے پاس گیا پھر سب ٹھیک ٹاک تھا اس کے بعد دوسرے ڈاکٹر کے پاس گیا اور اس دن دو دفعہ آیا تھا panic panic attack

اس دن دو دفعہ آیا تھا panic attack پھر ڈاکٹر کو سارا قصہ سنا دیا تو اس نے یہ دوائی 10 دن roxithromycin150 mg اور nimeesulide100mg اور ایک مہینہ کے لئے alprazolam 0.5 mg اور کہاں کے 1/2 دو دفعہ دن میں لے لو اب تو 11 دن سے استعمال کر رہا ھو اب اس طرح کا panic attack نہیں آیا بس جب سر آپ کو جو اپر بات بتائی ہے اس وجہ سے ڈر جاتا ھو تو دانتوں میں درد ھونے لگ جاتا ہے

اور اب باہر بھی جا سکتا ھو اور پہلے طرح ڈر نہیں لگتا اب اور بازار میں ڈر لگتا ہے کے کچھ ھو نا جائے 😢

سر میری امی کی عمر 68 سال ہے ۔ امی کو 2002 میں شزوفرینیا کا مسئلہ بنا ۔ مختلف ادویات کے استعمال سے اگست 2022 میں اامی بائپولر اور مینک اٹیک کا شکار ہوئ ۔ اس وقت امی کو ڈاکٹر نے olanzia 5mg اور ٹیگرال 400mg شروع کروائی ہوئ ہے مگر امی کو نمونیہ کا مسئلہ بنا ہوا ہے اج 7 دن ہو گئے نہونیہ کی میڈیسن لے رہی ہیں امی ۔ میں نے olanzia tblt کے سائیڈ ایفیکٹ میں پڑھا ہے کہ نمونیہ ہو سکتا ہے اور اس وجہ سے ڈیتھ بھی ۔ یہ بھی نیٹ سے پتہ چلا ہے کہ 65 سال سے اوپر لوگوں کے لیے olanzia نہیں ہے ۔ امی کو ویلو لیک کا مسئلہ بھی ہے ۔ امی کے نفسیاتی ڈاکٹر کو بتایا ہے نمونیہ کا مگر وہ کہہ رہے olanzia سٹاپ نہیں کرنی ہے سر پلیز گائیڈ کریں کہ کیا olanzia لینا جاری رکھیں ہم یا روک دیں

Olanzia se pneumonia ka koi relation nai hai dear. Pneumonia ek alag chez hai, uska proper treatment karwaien admit karwak, aur fever kitna hai. Schizophrenia is long progressive thought disorder.

Generally doctor should discuss about the side effects, it varies from doctor to doctor and patient to patient. If family or patient are interested in knowing the side effects, I think medical personnel will definitely discuss about adverse effects.
