@@hangtime_31 I did it with help from the internet. It appears connection is easier when you turn off 5G a d use 2.4. it's all working now thank you.

Do you know if there is a desktop control option to where I can just control the app from a website page on a computer? Read you can but can't figure out how to set it up. Where I work I am not allowed taking my phone inside

I believe to use same app on multiple phones you needed to log in on second phone to the same account. not create a new account

I'm glad your method worked for you, that's the way I would have preferred it. When I installed ours, it would not work that way for me. I had to call their help line and that was their advice, only then would it work on the second phone. Perhaps they changed it at some point?
