I honestly do not know what Schlatt sides in terms of religion, but for me, it is off putting to hear many of the people who he talks to have this hatred of sorts to God and hoping that he does not exist. People say religion is a cult; by modern definition religion is not a cult, but to worship God and give to him what he deserves. The main reason I am here to spew about this is mostly because I am Catholic, and to see the faith being misrepresented or even insulted with strawman arguments sadden me, and I hope that Schlatt better understands that Catholic faith and that the people around him that insult Catholicism, God, and Jesus may better understand and show more appreciation to all three.
