If I sign up for the reimbursement program will I have to stay with the company for a year like a contract? Is there a catch?

There's no catch or contract. As long as you drive for Schneider, we'll reimburse your schooling.

If you want drivers to stay how about installing an apu to provide comfort to your drivers. You would think driver retention would be a top priority. You have provide a based model with none of the perks like fridge nor is there a option for the driver to install one without consequence. Let's be real you guys have stay around after deregulation because you have been mistreating drivers and paying crap. I will give it to you. I think you have a great training program and nice facilities. I now know where my money went.

I retired from the Army Guard in August. I want to go to driving school in January. Would I qualify for military pay? I was a mechanic and an 88m driver.

I drove for ya all in the 90s. Took home 600 a week . Retired now but out of the ten years. Had one crappy year. Ps cab overs sucked

@schneiderjobs does a driver that has an endorsement like HazMat make more per mile that a driver that has no endorsement?

It will depend on the specific driving job but a Hazmat endorsement can open you up for more loads.

We also require our drivers to have a residence in the United States and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (which requires proof of U.S. residency).

Carl, Legend has it it they keep you up for 48 hours by prying your eyelids open while water boarding you. If you can pass this physically demanding, yet soul fulfilling challenge, you got a job at Schneider baby!!

Hi Carl. No. The pre-work screen is only needed for a few positions like Tanker and select Dedicated accounts.
