А вот этот вот вариант будет весьма неплох!!! Правда, не понял: почему не добавлен в зажарку имбирь? Корейки и весь дальний восток без него ничего готовить не начинает. В прочем, я попробую по всякому - рецепт реально прост. А где просто - там всегда вкусно!

Why do you stretch the F out of these things? You get paid by the minute? This could have been shown in 90 seconds, tops. Showing every single potato slice made? Watching the chopping...time wasted! Hint, the coriander will taste awful but parsley is a different story! Cilantro, as it is called in the US , tastes better on ethnic dishes. The massaging of the chop like they do on Wagyu (?).
