One of the best goulash soup recipes in the world! Delicious goulash soup! There are many goulash recipes, today we will prepare goulash soup with tender meat and amazing taste. This goulash soup recipe is considered the best and most delicious and everyone can cook it. A quick goulash recipe to help you prepare dinner. A delicious recipe for goulash that you can cook both at a festive table and on an ordinary day. A simple goulash recipe that everyone can handle will give you a lot of pleasure, the main thing is that it is cooked with love.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 1 onion.
Sauté the onion in olive oil and 30 g butter until soft.
Slice 500 beef.
Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, cook for 5 minutes.
Chop 1 carrot.
Chop 1 parsley root.
Finely chop 1 bell pepper.
Add 150 liters of red wine and cook for 7 minutes.
Cut 3 potatoes into cubes.
Salt, sugar, nutmeg, rosemary, thyme and cloves.
Pour in 1 liter of vegetable stock and cook for 30 minutes.
Finely chop fresh rosemary, 3 cloves of garlic, chili and parsley.
cook another 5 minutes.

That looks lovely.. Add a couple large pieces of soft, fluffy, buttered(real butter) cornbread, three or four red chili peppers, 4 or 5 green onions and a big glass of sweet ice tea.

It does take away from women! An awful lot of people would disagree with you! Think of Julia Child, Marcella Hazan, Lidia Bastianich….there are as many famous women chefs as men, and how many people reminisce about “grandma’s cooking?”so, so many!

Funny how most of these recipes are something I would eat as a kid and now I cook this kind of food for my children and I'm from Vojvodina. Of course we don't have much olive trees so I use lard instead 😁.

1kg karkówki, 30 dkg boczku wędzonego, 2 cebule średnie, 3 ząbki czosnku, 6 papryk różne kolory, 3 marchewki , 1pietruszka ,mały seler , pół średniego pora, wszystkie warzywa w kostkę lub póltalarki (ja daję mrożone warzywa z biedronki "słupki"), łyżka przecieru pomidorowego, łyżka tymianku, łyżka oregano , łyżeczka płaska papryki słodkiej, pół łyżeczki papryki ostrej, 4-5 kartofli pokrojonych w kostkę , sól, pieprz z młynka . Boczek w kostkę do garnka najlepiej około 5 litrowego i wysokiego, skórę odkrojoną z boczku także , potem ją wyrzucisz. Boczek ma puścić tłuszcz i lekko się przyrumienić , następnie mięso w kostkę i do boczku lekko solimy i razem dusimy aż w garnku zacznie robić się brązowy kożuch na dnie , dodajemy teraz cebulę w kostkę, dusimy a w międzyczasie obieramy czosnek, kroimy go w kostkę i do garnka, mieszamy i nadal dusimy, z dna zeskrobujemy brązowy kożuch , kroimy paprykę w kostkę i do garnka, papryka puści sok i ułatwi skrobanie dna garnka. Wszystko to ,mieszając od czasu do czasu solimy lekko a obrane wcześniej i pokrojone w kostkę (i ważne) lekko posolone kartofle stawiamy na ogniu i gotujemy aldente (niedogotowane do końca ,lekko twardawe), woda razem z niedogotowanymi kartoflami trafi do garnka także nie przesolić. Teraz dajemy warzywa pokrojone w kostkę, lub te mrożone z biedry, uzupełniamy wszystko wodą, (woda ma przykryć wsad) najlepiej gorącą co skróci czas gotowania, kartofle gdy tylko będą lekko miękkie, lejemy razem z wodą do garnka, dodajemy przyprawy ,przecier pomidorowy i gotujemy pod przykryciem aż kartofle będą miękkie, solimy jeśli potrzeba a na końcu dajemy pieprz. Ja nie daję ziela diabelskiego ani liścia laurowego, psują smak potrway, nie jest to zupa gulaszowa ale warto spróbować.

Készítünk egy finom magyar gulyás levest, aztán elrontjuk. Fűszerezett forralt borral, rozmaringgal, vajjal, olívaolajjal összekeverjük és irány a WC.

Interesting you call that goulash, in the u.s. it's more of a cowboy stew or beef stew. Looks super delish though!

I have just come across this channel and I love the recipes I have watched so far🌱💕 I have subscribed to your channel ... thankyou🌱🙏 For others who watch this channel, I am very disappointed when reading the comments. Usually comments provide meaningful advice and I even save some comments when I save a recipe to remind me of other watchers' useful suggestions. However, on this channel (and I don't have any idea why) many of the comments are disrespectful, rude and mocking. I will continue watching this site but I won't bother with the comments. As a Hungarian: - not enough onion. triple it - garlic isn't needed for pörkölt or goulash - red wine, GOOD.

Do Hungarians all make only one recipe for this soup with no individual variation? That is what the French do, there is only one way to make a specific dish like boeuf bourguignon with no deviation. “If 14 chefs made the same dish, you couldn’t tell them apart” (Jacques Pepin). The Spanish are the same way about paella, and many Italians feel that way about italian dishes but I think they have adapted to American culture a little better, and even Italians living in Italy create new ones. Why not? As an American, I feel we have the freedom to create, and I love it that way! I don’t try to make very many things “traditional; i’ like the creativity of giving it my own twist based on local ingredients, but to each his own.
