Hello friends!
Today, in my video, I'll show you a step-by-step recipe for a delicious cake. I am sure you will love this easy recipe. Thanks for staying on my channel
Preparation and ingredients:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Beat with a mixer.
120 g of sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Beat well with a mixer.
90 ml of vegetable oil.
120 ml kefir (room temperature).
Beat with a mixer.
300 grams of flour.
11 g baking powder.
Mix well.
50g candied fruit (I have pineapple).
Mix well.
Grease a 20 cm baking dish and sprinkle with flour.
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool down.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The cake is very soft and tasty.
