This is a 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom + home office family home built on The Summer Home in Windenburg. This home is a modern gable style build and has a hot spring spa and a small gardening hut.
Put walls down and hover mouse over fireplace from behind to light. Sit in the PC chairs first then click use computer.

Placement Tips:
Not having all the packs will result in missing or substituted objects - please check the packs.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. Always bulldoze the lot first before placing. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects.

Thanks so much! I'm pretty sure you are talking about the string lights? I think I used the debug string lights from High School Years in this video, there are also debug string lights from Cottage Living.

Would you mind to make a tutorial about 6:30 and 8:16? I've always wanted bigger individual beds and better sinks (I've tried making them using cheats but they aren't functional).

I can, but it might be quicker for me to explain it. With the beds, they can only overlap to certain point before becoming unfunctional, so keep the overlap minimal. The sink is just the island counter from Snowy Escape turned around and a wall towel I put in front of it. Custom sinks are tricky and it's really a trial and error process. If you are using something like a dresser to put the sink in it needs to be raised from the floor below, I only do this on the ground floor and make a small basement room underneath add lights and raise it up.

Great build and great story! Question, how do you keep things like sinks and toilets functional when you combine them with other pieces of furniture? It never seems to work for me.

Thank you! It's a lot of trial and error, a lot of play testing and depends greatly on the objects you combine. for example, many wall decor objects (but not all) like curtains, paintings, etc can be combined without affecting another objects footprint . I might have to put together a video about this very soon.

The shell of this house can totally be made without mods, but yes, I do use TOOL mod (ONE mod) for many decor items. The mod is not needed to download and play in the house, everything will be as you see it as long as you have the game packs I used to build the house.
