The Sims 4 One Story Small Family Home No CC
Lot Info:
Name: One Story Small Home
Lot: Miner Mansion
Size: 30x20
World: Evergreen Harbor
Type: Residential
Cost: §101,312 + Lot cost
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath small family home located in Evergreen Harbor with an open concept Kitchen/dining/Living area. I recommend placing this lot on Miner Mansion because the exterior trim may rotate if placed on an opposite facing lot. It can be placed on another lot but if it rotates place it on a lot that faces the opposite direction or simply delete the trim.
I used sims from Fruitnika (mermaid sim) & Clara J. Lincoln in this video.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects
Please check the packs used. Not having all the packs will result in missing and/or substituted objects.

Fell in love with the exterior (those nice wooden details and the nice shape!), then with the eclectic mix of furniture that you tied together nicely with a great colour scheme, and immensely enjoyed the kid's room. The division between the entrance and the dining area looks very elegant (such a great idea with the books!) and every furnishing decision you make just speaks for your great sense of style. What an amazing creation! And then you elaborate upon that idea of capturing the girl's fantastic adventures with so much dedication and attention to detail! The dinosaur! 😆 Sooo nice. You definitely conveyed that sense of wonder!

I used to use tons of cc years ago, but also removed it all - nothing wrong with cc but I end up spending a whole day looking for/downloading it, now I can't be bothered lol.

Then once you get it in game it causes all kind of issues all the updating and redownloading just got to be to much my gaming laptop crashed on me and has been down for several years. Only mod I have in game that I love is Mccommand Lashes and Skin Overlays that’s it. I have one of your homes in game now and I am so in love… I think it’s cool how you change EA items into other things.

sizing down a dishwasher removes the counter but leaves the counter top, it's purely for aesthetics and gives the appearance of a floating counter.

The glass roof? I think that's what you mean - that's just glass roofing in the roof patterns section . There's a glass flooring piece in the Island Living pack, but I didn't use that in this video & then there's the Glass divider in the bathroom from Snowy Escape.

@@NaniiRey In this video I only used a glass roof as the back porch awning., that can be found under roof patterns. The single glass tile, which is something different is from Island Living and it's called Crystal Clear
