Please don't skip GRE, trust me, it's one of the most important aspects of US grad education, for good universities, same for GMAT; its due to GRE, I had obtained substantial fellowship/ aid

I think you can't buddy, as evry single time you are going to give exams, every single time you need to pay around 22K ruppes I guess that's the amount for the exam? So yeah no exceptions on that it is true but we can't help on that.
