I would zest 2 of the lemons and add to the sugar mixing well. Then zest another or both of the remaining and sprinkle on top of the mousse. Looks yummy and I'll try it.

I tried this recipe... it is not a five min recipe but it does turn out well. topped w sweet fruit. I added one T pow sugar to the 'custard' part before combining w the whipped cream. But it definitely takes more than five mins. But worth it.

Okay, selbst wenn man sehr schnell ist schafft man das nicht in 5 Minuten aber prinzipiell ist es trotzdem ein schön einfaches Rezept und relativ schnell gemacht. Ich habe eh noch ein paar Zitronen übrig die ich schnellstmöglich verarbeiten sollte, also wird das die Tage noch ausprobiert. Ich freue mich schon darauf.
