Rents & Groceries have gone up even in Canada. Still from the amount you mentioned on grocery, it is still less compared to Canada. You are right on the tax it happens in Canada too! Agree blue collar jobs in Canada also earn well. Utility bills are much less in UK with extreme climate in Canada you require A/C in summer& heater in winter so your bills are high throughout the year depending on use. To be bilingual is good it gives you better job opportunities. The school system is the same in Canada as well. A car has become very expensive to maintain with everything gone higher in price in Canada. You cannot compare Dubai to UK or Canada. People get to save a lot in Dubai cause we were not citizens of that country. I still think UK has better climate & is not expensive to maintain a family as it is in Canada. People need to get prepared for a very tough start if they come to Canada now.

Hi I'm in East london.. compare to Leicester London rents are way too much. 2 bed minimum these days are around 1700-1800 and 3 bed minimum these day are around £ £2200. Still in Leicester ur monthly expenses are less. Also if possible get some kids antibiotics from India and keep them with u for emergency situation every here does the same. Take care

Great video! But some advice for you my dear. Change to a different internet provider. We have the fastest broadband (both wfh and have most appliances run by WiFi) and we pay half what you have quoted. For petrol…. £200 😮 where are you driving?!? We live in London and have large car and only pay £76 a month for Diesel. Tv license is £13 a month - this is not a tax but a fee to watch live tv or bbc (inc IPlayer).

Same system infact more tax in Germany. yes earning are more here but more tax as well. We as a family are 3 person with 8 year old son but higher the income the more is the tax. In Germany there is even Radio Tax. Educational is same with German Public school however for Kindergeld we get 240 euro per child.

It puts extreme stress on students. Here college is part of a university, so it’s not free unless students get full scholarship for a year, then each year they have to maintain their grades to maintain the free education. Also, not all get the full scholarship

Old aged people in the UK do not get free care that is incorrect. Carers only attend if they are paid to do so. If you are old and owned a property you will have to sell that to be cared for by carers so get that illusion out of your mind. Also if you are severely ill and old then yes in hospital the nurses may care for you but when you are discharged from hospital you are mostly on your own. If Anwaris followers feel paying out over 3000 pounds a month is good for life and living then so be it. This video is showing you her family expenses. It is a very tough situation at the moment for many British people cost of living crisis. The cost of living guys read that again and again. Someone with 2 children renting a house with 2 bedrooms just been told her rent is going up from 600 pounds a month to 1000 pounds a month. Where will they go?? I've lived in the UK all my life and work in school. When kids go to primary school the education is free and homework is very minimal. There are 6 years spent in Primary school from ages of 5-11 yrs. Kids get SATS tests in Year 6, in their last year. After that, they go to Secondary school. They start at Year 7 and will start getting homework by Year 8-9. By Year 10 they start GCSE level work, but won't do exams, instead they do Mock GCSE 's. By Year 11 they have actual GCSE's. Then, in Year 12 they have A levels but get to study for two years before exams (both GCSE 's and A levels are difficult but if student is clever and focuses on study they usually get good grades. Grading system in UK secondary schools. After Year 12 they go to what is called in the UK 6th Form. They can leave Secondary school and do A levels in college (between the ages of 16 -18 is GCSE and A levels), or they can stay and finish them in Secondary school. All Education in the UK is free, but when the child does their A levels and start University they have to PAY for their degree. However, they can apply for a Student Loan. This means they don't need to pay right there and then, however when they start work and earn over a certain amount, the Student Loan will be taken in small amounts monthly from their wage. Hi sister, no you cannot miss reception as that will have an impact on your child's education, but you can discuss with your child's school your concerns and they should definitely accommodate your child. You can also provide eczema creams etc for teachers to apply regularly and as ALL teachers are trained for a child's safety etc and many have first Aid training your child is better off in school, rather than him missing out.

So if at all possible, it's always best to get kids in school and their condition is taken care of by first Aiders. So you have nothing to worry about.
