If ISSA had taken action on the incident that happened on the 14, I am sure the Dintill incident would not have happened. I am in agreement with the ref that such lack of punishment and the slap on the wrist punishment will never deter any such incident from hapenning.

That is so true take action from the first incident, I think the refs are upset about the simple punishments melted out by ISSA.
