I completely agree with this. I myself have experinced this. I wasted my 11th class. My teachers started hating me and my friends who were preparing for JEE . So I descided to leave my school in 12th. Everyone said I will regret later on but somewhere inside my heart I knew I will not. At 1st my own parents were not supporting me because no one leaves school in 12th. I faced many challenges in convincing them but some how they agreed with me after talking to one of my cousin who himself was an iitian. I knew that I was 1 year behind that students who took dummy in the beginning of 11th. So I need to work hard more, and i did. And when did I changed myself from an 'average' student to someone i never thought i could be. Even my class toppers also wanted to know the 'secret' behind this but trust me there was no secret. It was my sincere hard work of 10-12 hrs consistently. I am so gald today from my this decision of leaving school. Preparing for JEE 2019 MAINS and then ADVANCE . Let's see the results of my hard work were worthy or not. HARD WORK BEATS TALENT

Yes , you are right most teachers are temporary they don't know how to teach from the beginning and at the end of the year (dec) they started taking extra classes in the morning as well as in the evening because of this you cannot study at home by own due to tiredness as a result you cannot perform well in the exam. I guess it does depends on the school to school. I wouldn't consider my teachers exactly of jee level, but they often encourage us to prepare for jee and other competitive exams along with boards, they also solve our jee related doubts and questions. but my case is rare case, rest of my friends who go to different schools share same experience as you.

Yes it is true i go to school by school bus and also there time wastes as it took me 1 hour to go there and again 1 hour to come back and in school time is wasted only 1 or 2 periods sometimes are good otherwise full time waste
