Welcome buddy. It's not offline but online without chat / friend request. Also, there're no expansions instead we've only some special events from 2013 for now. Might be updated in future..

I mean on my phone it loaded very quick but im aware on pc its way slower. Also because iphones cant download apks(as far as i know) you cant download and play this. That's why its showing up as a file and not a apk more than likely.
