Amazing job everyone at Radio.co, good timing too with Educating Cardiff peaking on Channel 4, 9pm on a Tuesday at the moment bringing alive the subject of School Radio and how Willows High School ( WillowsWaves) uses their station to encourage young people like Kalid.

Hello, thanks for the video, but I have a question. If I want to start a radio station in my school, how can I do it? And, what do I need to start it?
@Radiodotco4 жыл бұрын
Great question! With radio.co, as long as you have an internet connection and an account, you can start broadcasting. As for the equipment, it can depend on what budget you have, but for something basic that won't bankrupt you, our article here should help; radio.co/blog/build-basic-home-radio-studio

Jesus wept did he say 3000 pounds for a school internet radio? Ive set up a professional fm station for less than that.. $500 pounds should be enough..
@Radiodotco4 жыл бұрын
I believe he was including everything needed to start broadcasting. Granted, you can get going on a shoe string budget if you know what you're doing, but services like Anderton Tiger offer an all-inclusive package for beginners.
