CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: @elsienotelise Please stop using “Yeah…Yeah” as a mindless filler response. As opposed to that, simply listen intently, then respond genuinely once the artist finishes their statement. Also, I’m noticing your anticipation of the pause of the artists answer/responses by the way you attempt to finish their sentences. Allow the artist to speak their mind and await the pauses, then use them to pivot/further navigate the conversation. You actually achieve this in several moments throughout the conversation; however, the areas of opportunity I mentioned appear more often than necessary. You are very inviting and comfortable in your approach which transfers well to your guest and that’s apparent. I look forward to seeing your progression.
