@@randomshadow4620 the problem Is that Devon could turn almost everyone's elbow out if he pins them down. So for training purpose in armwrestling the stronger guy is just holding and even giving some. So he builds up some stamina in bad positions and the weeker one can work on his atacks caus he dose not need to feet for the others arm to brake. And holding is basically everything you need caus you don't pin from the arm or shoulder but just by holding one position and than going down with your whole body. Broken arms and dislocated joints are very common in amateur armwrestling and Devon is very aware of that.
