the bus I drive doesn't have seatbelts - the seats are designed to keep the students safe as long as they sit properly, which I do remind them of and stop if they don't.

I am not crazy about the seat belt stuff. Fire and smoke will be an issue if they have trouble unbuckling. I drive a school bus and think about this often. I would like to see how it works in the afternoon, after they are sugared up when they give them donuts before they get on lol. I have to imagine there would be issues with kids unbuckling etc. quite often. I work for Mesa Pubic Schools. I drive a C2 and we do not have belts on any of the big buses. I am very curious as to how it actually works out every day. Good video:)
